INFORMATION ON ACCESS TO VIETNAMESE PEPPER ASSOCIATION
1. Members of the Association include official members, associate members and honorary members:
a) Official members: Vietnamese citizens and organizations operating in the field of pepper, agricultural products and organizations and individuals wishing to help and support the operation of the Association become the Association’s Charter, voluntarily joining the Association and being considered and recognized by the Association Standing Committee as an official member of the Association.
b) Associate members: Joint-venture enterprises and enterprises with 100% foreign-invested capital (hereinafter collectively referred to as enterprises with foreign elements) in the field of pepper and agricultural products operating in Vietnam. Men, who have contributed to the development of the Association and have approved the Association’s Charter, will be recognized by the Association Standing Committee as an associate member.
c) Honorary members: Vietnamese citizens and organizations with high reputation, having a positive influence on the Association’s activities, are capable of making a lot of contributions to the Association invited by the Association to become honorary members , not paying dues.
2. Official membership criteria:
a) For individuals: Individuals engaged in activities related to pepper and agricultural products; individuals who wish to help and support the Association’s activities agree with the Association’s Charter and voluntarily join the Association.
b) For organizations: Organizations which are legally established and operate in fields related to pepper and agricultural products; organizations that wish to help and support the Association’s activities agree with the Association’s Charter and voluntarily join the Association.
Membership rights
1. To be protected by the Association of legitimate rights and interests according to the provisions of law.
2. To be provided by the Association with information related to the Association’s field of activities, to participate in activities organized by the Association.
3. To participate in discussing and deciding on the undertakings and policies of the Association according to the Association’s regulations; to propose and propose to competent authorities matters related to the Association’s field of operation.
4. To attend the Congress, to nominate, nominate and elect agencies, leadership titles and the Inspection Commission of the Association according to the Association’s regulations.
5. To introduce members of organizations and citizens to become members of the Association according to the Statute of the Association.
6. To be rewarded according to the Association’s regulations.
7. To be granted a Member Certificate.
8. To be free to ask to leave the Association when deemed unable to continue to be a member.
9. Associate members and honorary members are entitled to the same rights and obligations as official members, except the right to vote on matters of the Association and the right to stand for election, nomination and election of the Leadership Board and the Examination Committee. festival.
Procedures and authority to admit members
1. Procedures and competence to admit members: Vietnamese organizations and citizens wishing to join the Association submit their dossiers of joining the Association to the Association’s Office, including:
a) An application for joining the Association in the form of the Association;
b) A copy of the Establishment Decision or a copy of the business registration certificate (for enterprises or legal entities);
2. Competence to admit members: The Standing Committee of the Association shall consider the application file for membership and issue a decision to recognize the members.
It is expected that the units’ joining applications will be reviewed and approved by the Association’s Executive Committee at the quarterly Executive Board meetings.
