Price increases despite selling a lot

Besides, in April, enterprises exported a lot of pepper (over 20,000 tons), meaning that farmers sold a lot of pepper to the market, but the price of pepper still increased sharply and continuously. Mr. Nam tried to make some hypotheses to explain the increase of domestic pepper price: El Nino reduced production in many pepper growing countries; Many countries have not entered the new pepper crop yet; At the beginning of the season, many pepper farmers in Vietnam, because they needed money to spend, had sold a lot of pepper, causing the price to drop to just over 130,000 VND / kg, after that there were only households with economic potential. This is the active regulation of the pepper farmers themselves, especially those who have much experience, ability to analyze and forecast the market and have a solid economic base. It is this proactive regulation will make it difficult for pepper prices in the coming years to be reduced, even when the volume of pepper increases significantly due to the increase in acreage in many localities (but the increase in acreage in the long term will cause problems). unpredictable stability).
By the end of 2015, according to statistics of the seven largest pepper producing provinces (Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai and Quang Tri), pepper areas in these provinces was 86,216 hectares. Growing well is also infected with Carbendazim
Another inexplicable problem that is causing headaches for both businesses and Vietnamese pepper growers is that many consignments are returned by difficult markets by detection of Carbendazim residue contamination, but the contamination of this residue has so far. know from where.
