Treatment of wastewater in the coffee processing process?

Rate this post

Hi everyone,

I have a very headache and want advice and help from my relatives.

I live in Cau Dat coffee area (Da Lat – Lam Dong), every year my family also processes (makes parchment coffee), so I have a shell separator and a lake for soaking coffee. Years before I wash my coffee I flush wastewater into a small stream beside the garden. But in recent years, families above the stream have also processed so the stream is very foul, the water changes color.

The households below reflect so this year I built a lake to store waste water. However, just over 1 month now, due to the large amount of waste water, overflows even though the lake is quite large, plus on sunny days the smell is strong.

I want to ask my relatives, is there a way to safely treat this wastewater, reduce the smell to release it naturally?

Thank you for reading the question and looking forward to receiving your advice.

Wishing you good health, a successful crop.
