Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just established a special working group to remove difficulties for businesses and people affected by the Covid-19 epidemic.
According to the Prime Minister’s decision, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai is the Head of this Working Group. The deputy group consists of three ministers: Planning & Investment, Finance, Labor, War Invalids & Social Affairs.
Members of the Working Group are leaders of ministries and branches and depending on the requirements of the task, the Minister of Planning and Investment may invite more leaders of a number of central agencies, localities, associations and experts.
The working group will help the Government and the Prime Minister to research, direct and coordinate to solve important and interdisciplinary issues in removing difficulties for businesses and people affected by the epidemic.

The working group will capture, receive information, synthesize difficulties and problems of enterprises and people; propose to the Prime Minister to solve urgent inter-regional and inter-sectoral issues that need to be solved.
In addition, the Group also helps the Prime Minister direct and coordinate activities among ministries, branches and localities to solve important and interdisciplinary issues; suggest ways to deal with these problems. The working group has the right to request ministries, branches and localities to provide information, coordinate in implementation, appoint officials and completely solve problems within its competence.
Monthly, 3-monthly or irregularly, the Team will report to the Prime Minister on the results and progress of solving difficulties for businesses and people. The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall establish a working group to assist the working group to advise and assist the group in performing its tasks.
