Notably, in terms of export markets, the Philippines ranked first with more than 35% market share, export turnover reached nearly 1.9 million tons, worth 773.8 million, nearly 3 times in volume. and 2.6 times in value compared to the first 9 months of 2018.

In addition, the markets with a strong increase in rice export value such as Xenegal increased by 297 times, Ivory Coast increased to 81.8%, Australia increased by nearly 70%, Hong Kong increased by 47% and Iraq increased by 32.7 %.

In the world market, the demand for Indian rice decreased due to customers' delay in buying even though the price was at a 4-month low, while tight supply caused Vietnam's rice price to stand at the highest level in the world. Last 2 months.
