Registration for participation in the National Trade Promotion Program 2020: Market survey of Canada combined to attend Sial Montreal Fair

Implementing the National Program on Trade Promotion approved by the Minister of Industry and Trade in Decision No. 3837 / QD-BCT of December 25, 2019, the Vietnam Pepper Association will organize the Organization of Transaction Delegation. trade in Canadian market combined to attend Sial Montreal Fair. As follows:

1. Objectives:
– Promote export of pepper to Canada.
– Help businesses have more opportunities to contact, learn more about consumer tastes, requirements, specific regulations, new import, distribution system, consumption …. Pepper and spices into Canada.
– Creating opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to directly meet transactions, offers, find partners, establish relationships with new customers.

2. Scale: 12 enterprises

3. Time: From April 11-19, 2020

4. Location: Ottawa, Montreal – Canada

5. Categories: Pepper, spices and agricultural products of all kinds

6. Participants: All enterprises of all economic sectors engaged in import and export business activities of Vietnam Pepper.

7. Criteria for selecting participating units: Enterprises that import and export pepper and spices.

8. Costs:
– State support for businesses participating in the program: 100% of the cost of round-trip tickets Ho Chi Minh City – Canada (each enterprise can only support 1 person).
– Business expenses incurred when participating in the program:
o Cost of organizing seminars, trade meetings with customers.
o Visa fees, insurance fees, hotel expenses, meals, transportation and other related expenses (if any) during the survey period.
– Amount of business must deposit to participate in the program: VND 30,000,000 / enterprise (Thirty million). The enterprise registers to transfer the deposit into Vietnam Pepper Association account and will be refunded in the following cases: Falling Visa (excluding Visa costs), unusual accidents.
– Payment method of the host unit: After completing the program, the Association will finalize the program with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, on the basis of which the enterprise will finalize.

9. Obligations when participating in the program:
– Enterprises participating in the program are obliged to strictly comply with the regulations on the trade promotion program approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, presided over by the Vietnam Pepper Association (time, location), strictly implementing internal regulations. rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee and compliance with state regulations on business trips abroad;
– Complete the registration dossier and the obligation to contribute the funding for participation (in addition to the State-supported portion);
– Report on the survey trip results after the program ends;
– Fully participating in conferences and seminars organized by BTC;
– Do not split the Union during the program.

10. Requirements on the program registration dossier: Businesses register in advance by mail, VPA will send specific registration form to businesses and the original copy of the passport of the program participants is still valid for 6 months or more than departure date.
