Implementing the National Trade Promotion Program in 2019 on the approval of the National Trade Promotion Program in 2019, the Vietnam Pepper Association will organize a delegation of “German market survey to attend the International Fair of Food. Anuga Food and Drinks in Germany ”from October 3 to 10, 2019. Because the program has just been added (September 13, 2019), the time is urgently, expect the sympathetic units to register early for the Association Office to do procedures.
1. Objectives:
– Maintain and further enhance the export capacity of Vietnam Pepper to Germany and EU countries.
– Help businesses have more opportunities to contact, learn more about consumer tastes, requirements, specific regulations, new import, distribution system, consumption …. Pepper and spices in the above markets.
– Creating opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to directly meet transactions, offers, find partners, establish new sales relationships and consolidate relationships with old partners
2. Scale: Approved: 12 enterprises participated in the program.
3. Time: Expected from 04 to 11/10/2019
4. Location: Germany (Cologne, Bonn)
5. Categories: Pepper, spices and agricultural products of all kinds,
6. Participants All enterprises of all economic sectors engaged in import and export business activities of Vietnam Pepper.
7. Selection criteria: Businesses import and export pepper.
8. Cost: Estimated: VND 54,800,000
9. State-supported expenses for businesses when participating in the program
– 100% of the cost of round-trip tickets Vietnam – Germany (each enterprise can only support 1 person).
Business expenses incurred when participating in the program:
– Cost of organizing seminars, trade meetings with customers.
– Insurance costs, hotel expenses, meals, travel and other related expenses (if any) during the survey period.
– Mode of settlement: The host unit, the Association, will temporarily collect an amount of money in advance from the enterprise to carry out logistics preparations. After finishing the program, the Association will finalize the program with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, on that basis, it will finalize with the enterprise.
– The amount of money businesses must deposit to participate in the program: Will notify specifically to businesses after the enterprises have officially registered to attend.
10. Obligations of the Enterprise when participating in the program:
– Enterprises participating in the program are obliged to strictly comply with the regulations on the trade promotion program approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, presided over by the Vietnam Pepper Association (time, location), strictly implementing internal regulations. rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee and compliance with the provisions of the state on business trips abroad.
– Completing the registration file and contributing obligations (in addition to the State's support).
– Report the survey trip results after the program ends.
11. Requirements for Registration documents to participate in the program:
Register form 01 attached and copy of the original passport of the program participants have a period of 6 months or more compared to the date of departure.
