At the same time, building a close strategic cooperation relationship between Vietnamese manufacturing and exporting enterprises and foreign distribution networks on traditional export channels and e-commerce channels, towards a model stable and sustainable production – export – distribution;

Contributing to changing production thinking, organizing production in a methodical and sustainable direction, thereby enhancing the long-term competitiveness of enterprises; attracting domestic and foreign investment sources in clean and sustainable green production, processing of high-quality export goods, bringing high added value to Vietnamese exports; building the image of Vietnam as a country capable of supplying goods in large quantities, ensuring quality and prestige standards.

By 2030, Vietnamese goods will be available in all countries that have FTA agreements with Vietnam

Specifically, the scheme strives to support market information for 20,000 businesses; supporting training and consulting for 15,000 enterprises to improve their competitiveness and supply capacity to gradually participate in the global value chain and support 5,000 enterprises to build their capacity to participate in trade. cross-border electronics.

At the same time, organize 10,000 connections and trade with foreign distribution networks; supporting over 10,000 products to export directly to foreign distribution networks; striving that by 2030, Vietnamese goods will be present in traditional and online distribution chains in all countries that have free trade agreements (FTAs) with Vietnam.

Encourage enterprises to develop distribution agents in foreign markets

In order to achieve the above objectives, the Scheme offers a number of key tasks and solutions such as: Supporting enterprises in market information; supporting enterprises to build supply capacity for foreign markets; supporting enterprises to gradually adapt and transform production to meet the trend of sustainable consumption; supporting enterprises to build capacity to participate in cross-border e-commerce; supporting brand building and development; organize connection and trade activities with foreign distribution networks, organize communication activities; develop mechanisms and policies to promote foreign enterprises to develop sustainable purchasing strategies for the Vietnamese market; research and develop mechanisms and policies to encourage Vietnamese enterprises to actively develop distribution agent systems in foreign markets to bring goods into foreign distribution networks….

In particular, the project to support enterprises to use green – clean raw materials; encourage energy conversion, save energy in the production process; promoting the development of a circular economy model in production such as finding resources to support enterprises in building and developing a circular economy model in production (especially in the agricultural and fishery industries) with a view to reasonable, economical and environmentally friendly production process; encouraging enterprises to develop supporting industries, processing and manufacturing (especially agro-forestry-fishery processing industry), linking global supply chains and with distribution corporations.

Support enterprises to register for product trademark protection in international markets and coordinate with distribution corporations to promote and enhance the position and image of Vietnamese products…
