Customs statistics show that the demand for pepper in traditional markets remains high and even increases more strongly in the summer. In June, the United States, Germany, the United Arab Emirates and India were still the four main export markets of our country’s pepper, besides there was also a large volume of pepper exported by road through the country. northern border.
Yesterday, India’s export pepper price increased by $200 to $6,600/ton (C&F) for Europe and North America, a very competitive price compared to many countries.
The export price of Vietnam’s black pepper is being offered for sale at 500 Gr/l-Asta for $5,950/ton, for 550 Gr/l-Asta for $6,350/ton and for 580Gr/l-Asta for $6,750. was maintained as last week, while white pepper grade DW 630 Gr/l was offered at $8,250-8,300/ton, up $150.
This afternoon 22/7, the price of pepper in Ba Ria-Vung Tau at 112,000 VND/kg while in the Central Highlands at 110,000 VND/kg but the market was still not active.
