The export value of pepper in the month reached 41.2 million USD, up 4.13 million USD, or 11.13% higher than the previous month, but decreased by 4.34 million USD, or 9.53% decrease compared to the previous month. with the same period last year.
The cumulative export volume of pepper in the first 10 months of 2019 reached a total of 250,404 tons of pepper of all kinds, an increase of 42,580 tons, or an increase of 21.93% compared to the export volume of the first 10 months of 2018. However, in terms of value. Export turnover in the first 10 months of 2019 totaled 634.45 million USD, down 45.49 million USD, or 6.69% decrease over the same period.
The average export price of pepper in October 2019 reached $2,414 per ton, down 2.03% compared to the average export price of September 2019.
