The solutions have been implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The work to be implemented in the field of import and export is to focus on restructuring the import and export market to exploit well the foreign market in the new situation; review, calculate and develop scenarios of market exploitation and development according to groups of goods that we have advantages, especially to the EU market and markets to which Vietnam has a Free Trade Agreement. Thirdly, continue to closely monitor and remove difficulties in goods exchange at border gates, especially the Northern border gates in order to improve cargo clearance capacity; exchanging and working with the Chinese side to ensure the trade and transportation at the border; regulating the amount of goods to the border, avoiding large congestion, increasing costs.

Friday is, exploiting market information, assisting enterprises to export new goods (such as masks, personal protective equipment, machines, medical supplies, etc.) Promote online trade promotion, boosting exports through e-commerce, connecting trade between Vietnamese enterprises and partners who want to import in markets with early resilience such as China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan…

Saturday is, invest in building and perfecting the customer relationship management software system to integrate the database of Vietnam import-export enterprises; sharing the system access rights for the system of Vietnamese Trade Offices and Trade Promotion Centers in foreign countries for joint exploitation and use to enhance the connection of business and investment opportunities.

Eighth, in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and localities with the goal of cutting down the cost of transport infrastructure exploitation, cutting logistics costs in import-export activities and domestic goods circulation. .
