Typically computers, electronic products and components reached US $ 3.95 billion, up 16.2%; phones and components reached 3.65 billion USD, up 24.5%; fishery reached nearly 720 million USD, up 12.1%; footwear reached US $ 1.44 billion, up 9.8% …

Remarkably, textile and garment after a few months of struggling had an increase in June with turnover of 2.6 billion USD, up to 39.4%.

In the field of imports, in June, turnover reached more than 20.7 billion USD, up 14% compared to May 5/2020.

June recorded the group of computers, electronic products and components with a turnover of more than US $ 5 billion, up 17.5% and continues to be the largest import group of Vietnam.

Besides, in June, there were 3 groups of imported goods with a turnover of 1 billion USD or more, including: machines, equipment, tools and spare parts; phones and accessories; all kinds of fabric.

Generally, in the first 6 months, the total import-export turnover of the country reached US $ 240.12 billion, down slightly by 1.4% (equivalent to US $ 3.29 billion) compared to the same period last year.

In particular, the export value of goods reached 122.79 billion USD, up slightly by 0.2% (equivalent to an increase of 226 million USD) and the import value was 117.33 billion USD, down 2.9% (respectively decreased by 3.52 billion USD).

Vietnam’s trade balance of goods in the first 6 months reached a surplus of US $ 5.46 billion, while the figure of the same period last year was US $ 1.72 billion.
