In order to support and create conditions for Vietnamese businesses to grasp international market trends, while expanding trade and connection opportunities with potential partners, the Vietnam Pepper and Spice Association We respectfully invite businesses to participate in Gulfood Fair 2025, taking place from February 17 to 21, 2025 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Gulfood Fair is one of the world’s largest food and beverage exhibition events, bringing together thousands of businesses, suppliers and consumers from around the world. This is an opportunity for your business to update the latest trends, find cooperation partners and expand export markets, especially the Middle East market. At Gulfood 2025, the Association organizes a common booth for a number of businesses participating in the exhibition, and to support other businesses who want to visit and survey the market in the UAE, the Association organizes a program for businesses to visit Gulfood Fair 2025. 1. Cost of participating in the program: 48,970,000 VND/1 guest (applies to groups of 21-25 guests) In case the group has less than 21 people, the Organizing Committee will notify you later. Note: The above price applies until October 31, 2024 because the airline’s group airfare applies.
2. Costs include:
– Round trip air tickets (go and return with group) SGN – DUBAI – SGN (regular class tickets). Emirates Airlines (EK). In case guests depart from Hanoi, prices will be quoted later.
– Airport security fees, gasoline fees, airport taxes
– Expected 3-star hotel (2-person bedroom). Total: 6 real hotel nights. The hotel is expected to be about 5 km from Gulfood Fair center.
– Breakfast at the hotel. Total: 12 lunches and dinners from February 16 to February 21, 2025. Meal cost: 372,000 VND/1 person/1 meal (equivalent to about 15 USD/person/1 meal). Any customer who does not eat will be refunded the exact cost of this meal but must notify the group in advance when ordering.
– Dubai Visa.
– Sightseeing ticket: Take the Mono rail one time to visit Palm Island and enjoy ice coffee at Chill Out
– Collect and pay tips for local tour guides and drivers (175,000 VND/person/day x 07 days. Total: 1,225,000 VND/1 person)
– 1 bottle of mineral water/person/day
– Tour guides from Vietnam support the group, are experienced and enthusiastic.
– AIG global travel insurance. Maximum compensation level is 1,050,000,000 VND/case of guests under 65 years old and 525,000,000 VND/case of guests 65 years of age or older). All insurance-related issues are responsible and paid for by the insurance company.
– Gift from Golden Tours: hat.
– VAT according to regulations.
3. Costs do not include:
– Passport (valid for at least 06 months from the date of return to Vietnam)
– Single room surcharge if you need to sleep alone: 12,250,000 VND/1 Guest 6 nights in a hotel (applies to registration before October 31, 2024). 14,250,000 VND/1 Guest 6 hotel nights (registration from November 1, 2024).
– Sightseeing outside the program, personal expenses, excess baggage, laundry, phone calls…
– Fair entrance tickets (if any)
– For overseas Vietnamese guests, they must apply for a visa to re-enter Vietnam, about 735,000 VND/person/time, obtained at Tan Son Nhat border gate, valid for 1 month/1 time (can be changed without prior notice).
Note:
– The sequence of attractions in the program may change depending on objective factors: weather, traffic, vehicles… but still ensures the points in the program.
– In case the group has departed, for any reason, if you join the tour and separate from the group or cancel the service, the service fees will not be refunded.
– For security and insurance reasons in the host country, if you do not book the service in advance, you will not be allowed to board the bus and enjoy the tour service.
– Golden Tours Company and Tour Guides will not be responsible for goods and souvenirs that you buy in the host country. Please carefully check the price and quality before purchasing.
– If you register to travel as one person, Golden Tours will try to stay with another guest. If you cannot combine, please pay the cost of a single room.
