The group “Farmers and rural areas” includes the following indicators: Average life expectancy from birth in rural areas; number of rural workers receiving vocational training during the year; unemployment rate in rural areas; underemployment rate in rural areas; the rate of increase in the value of rural industrial products; The number of craft villages and traditional craft villages has been recognized in rural areas; number of workers regularly working in craft villages and recognized traditional craft villages in rural areas; multidimensional poverty rate in rural areas…
2. Content of monitoring and evaluation indicators on agriculture, farmers and rural areas includes concepts and calculation methods; main disaggregation; publication period; Data sources and agencies responsible for collecting and summarizing are specified in Appendix II.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is responsible for presiding and coordinating with ministries, branches and localities to monitor, urge and synthesize information from relevant ministries and branches and report to the Government on the implementation situation. The Ministry of Planning and Investment (General Statistics Office) collects and synthesizes statistical information and provides the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with the implementation of assigned targets; Guidance on professional implementation of the Ministry of Supervision and Evaluation indicators on agriculture, farmers and rural areas.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies and relevant agencies collect and synthesize statistical information and provide the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with the implementation of assigned targets. in charge.
The People’s Committees of provinces and centrally run cities direct provincial-level departments, branches, and district-level People’s Committees to coordinate in collecting information on indicators in this set of indicators.
This decision takes effect from February 20, 2025.
