In order to support businesses in the Vietnamese pepper and spice industry to promote their products, expand markets and connect with international partners, the Vietnam Pepper and Spice Association (VPSA) respectfully respectfully We invite you to join the Association’s joint booth at two major international fairs in 2025.

1. Anuga Food and Beverage Fair 2025:

– Time: From October 4-8, 2025.

– Location: Cologne city, Germany.

Anuga is the world’s leading food and beverage fair, gathering more than 7,500 businesses from 100 countries, attracting hundreds of thousands of potential customers and partners. This is a great opportunity for businesses to promote products of Pepper, Cinnamon, Anise and other spices and agricultural products, expanding business relationships with global partners. 2. Shanghai Sial Food Fair 2025:

– Time: From May 19-21, 2025.

– Location: Shanghai City, China.

Sial Shanghai is one of the most important food events in the Asian region, attracting more than 4,500 businesses from more than 70 countries, providing opportunities to access the Chinese market and neighboring countries. This is also an event within the framework of Sial Paris that is periodically organized by the Association but focuses on prioritizing the potential of the Chinese market for Vietnam’s strong export agricultural products, including spices.

The Association’s joint booth at these two international fairs will help businesses directly approach distributors, retailers and potential customers in the region. Participating in a joint booth also helps businesses save costs, create opportunities to connect and interact with international partners and distributors, and promote products on the Association’s media channels and at events.

COST INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE BOOTH

1. Estimated booth costs at the 2 fairs are as follows:

– Anuga Fair minimum booth: 6m2 = 2m wide x 3m deep: 1,150 Euro/m2

– Sial Shanghai Fair minimum booth length: 6m2 = 2m wide x 3m deep: 1,100 Euro/m2

Regarding the corner booth, the Association will quote prices later. Businesses can register an area larger than 6m2.

– Costs include: (1) Vacant land; (2) Co-exhibition fee; (3) Registration, insurance and enhanced Internet fees; (4) Fees for 3D design, staging, construction, basic equipment rental (1 counter, 1 round table, 2 chairs, 1 waste basket); (5) Related costs incurred as stipulated in the contract. Costs do not include: Fees for designing, printing and pasting posters inside each business’s booth.

2. How to deploy

Please transfer 70% of the deposit fee to participate in the Association’s general booth at the Fair you want to participate in. Specifically:

– Total cost of booth package at Anuga Fair: 6,900 Euro/6m22

(70% deposit x 6,900 Euro = 4,830 Euro)

– Total cost of booth package at Sial Shanghai Fair: 6,600 Euro/6m22

(deposit: 70% x 6,600 Eur = 4,620 Euro)

– Account number: 007.1003652233 – Vietcombank Ho Chi Minh City

– Transfer content: Company name + deposit Anuga 2025 or Sial Shanghai 2025.

(Deposit Euro exchange rate will be temporarily calculated according to Vietcombank exchange rate on the transfer date)

3. School Cancellation of registration booth

Businesses must be responsible for their registration. If a business has completed registration to participate in the program with the Association but cancels its participation, the paid fees will not be refunded unless the business finds another unit to replace it and must bear the costs incurred. Other relevant if any. In case a replacement unit cannot be found, the business will bear 100% of the booth cost.

4. Invoice

Organizers Anuga and Sial Shanghai will issue a joint invoice for 1 booth of the Association. The Association will allocate costs based on the number of m2 of registered enterprise. The documents sent back to the payment business are the general invoice of the VPSA booth and the cost allocation table by number m2 business registration.

Design, construction, and staging invoices will be issued separately by the service company according to the installation cost of each business.
