According to the report of the General Department of Customs, exports in the first half of January 2022 reached 6,585 tons of pepper of all kinds, with a turnover of 31.35 million USD, down 9.06% in volume but up 52.05% in terms of value compared to the same period last year. The average export price of pepper in the period reached USD 4,760/ton, up 1.06% compared to the average export price of December 2021.
