According to the preliminary data report of the General Department of Customs, exports in the first half of January 2024 reached 7,536 tons of pepper of all kinds, with a turnover value of 29.87 million USD, increasing exports in the first half of January by 71,000 tons. 82% in volume and 2.28% increase in value compared to the same period last year. The average export price of pepper during the period reached 3,953 USD/ton, an increase of 3.37% compared to the average export price of December 2023.
