General Director Simexco Daklak Thai Anh Tuan said that specialty coffee is not only known for the high value of green coffee beans, but also has great potential from other parts of coffee, especially coffee bark. Coffee bark, previously often abandoned during processing, has now been fully utilized by Simexco Daklak to create a product of Cascara coffee cover – a high -value product, bringing a small profit.
Coffee shells after being carefully processed can be used to produce cascara tea – a delicious and nutritious drink, increasingly popular globally. The value of coffee bark is not only in the typical flavor but also in health benefits, from antioxidant effects, supporting digestion to enhance immunity.
