Commitment of Vietnam’s tariff quota
Vietnam still maintains the application of tariff quotas in accordance with WTO commitments to the amount of quotas, the mode of administration and other terms and conditions related to the allocation of tariff quotas.
The tariff rate quota for goods imported from the EU will be gradually eliminated in 11 years from the date of entry into force of the EVFTA Agreement.
