Similarly, seeing that the price of pepper is always high, in the region there are consecutive billions of pepper cover, so Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh, in Dak N'Dung commune (Dak Song), has borrowed money from banks, relatives and friends. … to “surf” with the “black gold” craze. According to Hanh, in 2015, the price of land was inflated, on average, each hectare of white land in Dak Song had to buy from VND 400 to 1 billion depending on the region.
