Boramide fertilizer is imported from Italy (500ml / bottle) imported, packaged and distributed by Nam Viet Fumigation Joint Stock Company at Sinh Hoa II agent (address Thuan Ha commune, Dak Song district, Dak Nong province). , by Mr. Le Viet Quang as the agent and instructions to spray pepper with a combined dose of 500ml Henxin 5SC and 250 ml of Boramide per drum of water (200 liters).

Then, on September 3-4, 2020, Mr. Tan’s family sprayed as instructed for 900 pillars, and about 100 remaining pepper plants had not yet been sprayed.

On September 5, the whole area of ​​pepper garden that Mr. Tan’s family sprayed began to appear the situation of burning and losing all the leaves. After that, hundreds of pepper trees died, while the rest had a very strong drop in yield. In particular, the area where Mr. Tan’s family could not spray about 100 pillars in time is growing and developing normally.

After that, Mr. Tan’s family informed Mr. Le Viet Quang (owner of Sinh Hoa II agent) to have a solution. On September 8, representatives of Nam Viet Fumigation Joint Stock Company and Mr. Le Viet Quang directly came to the garden and made a minutes to confirm the incident, and at the same time promised after 5 days (ie September 13), he would reply to Mr. Tan’s family.

Waiting for no reply, Mr. Tan’s family continued to propose to Sinh Hoa II agent to have a satisfactory solution for the pepper garden. Therefore, Mr. Le Viet Quang submitted a report to the Inspector of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Dak Nong province. At this time, because the authorities came to work, Mr. Tan’s family stopped submitting the application.

Regarding the pepper leaf sampling inspection team, according to Mr. Tan, his family does not know whether or not the inspection team took pepper leaf samples to analyze the cause of the death of his pepper orchard. The family was not informed of the pepper leaf sampling nor signed any records regarding the pepper leaf sampling in the garden.

“However, on October 2, the inspection team entered my house and announced that on September 18, pepper leaves were taken to analyze and the results showed that the active ingredient Glyphosate (herbicide) and required My family provided 2 samples of drugs that the inspection team sealed on September 18 to clarify the cause of the death of the pepper garden. My family strongly disagrees because we do not trust, fear that when giving, all evidence will be lost ”, Mr. Tan said.

Talking to reporters about this issue, Mr. Nguyen Van Thai – Deputy Chief Inspector of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, said: “Our team goes to process the application of Mr. Le Viet Quang (owner of agent Sinh Hoa II), and work in order, all shown in the working record.
