Only in the past 3 years, from 2017 – 2019, there were 133 cooperatives in the whole province, accounting for over 50% of the total number of cooperatives in the province (by the end of 2019, the province had 251 cooperatives).
The large number of newly established cooperatives is praiseworthy, however, the quality of operation of new cooperatives still has certain limitations. In fact, the operation quality of the new cooperative is still low, small scale, the linkage model along the value chain is still not popular, slow to expand.
From such a fact, the newly established cooperatives should step by step stabilize their operations, the Union of Cooperatives of the province has implemented many synchronous and practical solutions to support and remove difficulties for cooperatives.

In 2019 alone, the provincial Union of Cooperatives organized 7 training courses for over 400 officials and members of cooperatives with popular contents and propaganda related to encouraging collective economic development; planning of production and business associated with the value chain; organized 15 propaganda classes to develop cooperative models for nearly 1,000 people in 11 districts and cities.
Through propaganda, training has helped leaders of newly established cooperatives to have more knowledge and appropriate development orientations. In addition to support for propaganda and training, the Union of Cooperatives and related industries has focused on removing capital difficulties for newly established cooperatives. Up to now, the provincial Cooperative Development Assistance Fund has supported 30 loans for cooperatives with the amount of VND 6.3 billion. In addition, the Provincial Cooperative Union has cooperated with relevant agencies to advise the Provincial People's Committee to support infrastructure investment for 9 cooperatives with the amount of over 13 billion VND. Along with that, in 2019, from the capital to support production development of the new rural construction program has supported dozens of cooperatives in the area to participate in implementing production development projects.

If in 2017, the average turnover of 1 cooperative in the province was 850 million VND / year, by 2019, the average revenue is 950 million VND / cooperative / year; The average income of employees in cooperatives increased from 40 million VND / person / year in 2017 to 45 million VND / person / year in 2019.
