In April 2020, the average export price of coffee to many markets increased compared to April 2019, including Myanmar by 5.6%, to $ 4,112 / ton; Chile increased 36.8% to 2,609 USD / ton; China increased 14.4% to 2,744 USD / ton; South Africa increased 70.1% to 2,401 USD / ton; New Zealand increased by 62% to 2,703 USD / ton; Israel increased 4.9%, to $ 2,252 / ton; Indonesia increased by 50.8%, reaching 2,460 USD / ton; Philippines increased by 4.6% to 2,370 USD / ton. In contrast, coffee exports to some markets decreased, such as Singapore down 10.2%, down to 3,681 USD / ton; Cambodia decreased by 6.4%, down to 3,571 USD / ton.

Generally for the first 4 months of 2020, coffee exports to Germany increased by 35.4% in volume and 26.5% in value over the same period in 2019, reaching 116.7 thousand tons, worth 176, 16 million USD. In contrast, coffee exports to the US market decreased by 14.4% in volume and 7.5% in value over the same period in 2019, reaching 56.3 thousand tons, worth $ 102 million.
