According to the plan, the National Assembly will vote to approve the Resolution approving the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union (EVFTA) on June 8, 2020.
In order to enhance the provision of information on the EVFTA Agreement, especially in-depth information on market access and impact assessments for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Vietnam when implementing the agreement; at the same time, giving directions to the export potential products to EVFTA market; Information on import demand of EVFTA countries; Orienting trade promotion activities to support SMEs to effectively exploit the opportunities provided by the EVFTA Agreement, the Ministry of Industry and Trade in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises organizes an online conference “Business support SMEs take advantage of opportunities, effectively implement EVFTA ”, specifically as follows:
1. Time: 7:30 – 12:00, Friday, June 5, 2020.
2. Location: Main bridge head at the International Convention Center (11 Le Hong Phong, Hanoi) and bridge points in 63 provinces and cities directly under the Central Government.
3. Participants: Ministries, branches, representatives of Industry and Trade Departments and Departments / Departments of provinces and cities Small and medium enterprises nationwide.
4. Presiding over conferences: Minister of Industry and Trade and Chairman of Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.
