On April 24, 2020, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development officially issued Circular No. 06/2020 / TT-BNNPTNT amending and supplementing Article 2 of Circular No. 10/2019 / TT-BNNPTNT dated 20 September / 2019 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the List of plant protection drugs permitted to be used and banned for use in Vietnam. New circular regulations “Plant protection drugs containing the active ingredient glyphosate are not manufactured or imported; Only be traded and used until June 30, 2021 ”.
Circular No. 06/2020 / TT-BNNPTNT takes effect from June 9, 2020.
