Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Vinh Phuc, Bac Giang and Lao Cai reported the price of cheetah at 80,000 – 83,000 VND / kg; Tuyen Quang has a lower price, down to VND 78,000 / kg.
In general, live hogs in the area are being purchased in the range of 78,000 – 85,000 VND / kg.
Prices of live hog today in Central and Central Highlands are also quiet
Accordingly, prices in the Central region are fluctuating between VND 80,000 – VND 85,000 / kg, of which the provinces in the North Central region have prices lower than the South Central region of about VND 2,000 – 3,000 / kg.
Specifically, prices in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue are popular at 81,000 – 82,000 VND / kg.
In the provinces of Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan, prices were quoted at VND 83,000 – 85,000 / kg.
In the Central Highlands, prices of pigs are low, in some places reaching 74,000 – 76,000 VND / kg.

In the capital of raising Dong Nai pigs, the price still fluctuates around VND 81,000 – 83,000 / kg; Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, Binh Duong, Ben Tre, Can Tho, Soc Trang, Tra Vinh, Bac Lieu, Vung Tau and Long An reach 80,000 – 82,000 VND / kg.
Some provinces such as Dong Thap, An Giang and Kien Giang still have a price level of VND 78,000 / kg.
About the situation of African swine cholera, newspaper Dong Nai quoting Mr. Le Khac Son, Vice Chairman of Xuan Loc District People's Committee (Dong Nai), said that up to now, the district has controlled the epidemic situation with 11 communes announcing the end of the epidemic, and has supported 100 % to producers affected by African swine fever.
Currently, there are 135/137 communes over the province have over 30 days without relapse of African swine fever. The last 2 communes have not appeared new outbreak. Many large livestock farms are increasing the re-herd to ensure supply for the market.
