Vietnam is the largest pepper source for India in the first 10 months of 2019, reaching 12.1 thousand tons, worth US $ 29.55 million, up 56.2% in volume, but down 12.1% in value. compared to the first 10 months of 2018.

Vietnam's pepper market share in total Indian imports increased from 36.7% in the first 10 months of 2018, to 48% in the first 10 months of 2019.
