The entire Ba Ria – Vung Tau province currently has nearly 1,400 hectares of durian, mainly the Ri6 and Thai Monthong varieties. This year, on average 1 hectare yields about 8 – 10 tons, a decrease of 10 – 20% of output compared to 2023. Durian output in the entire province this season is estimated at nearly 5 thousand tons.
