Export of animal feed in January 2023 fell sharply

Export of animal feed to China – the largest market, in January 2023 continued to plummet by 66.9% compared to December 2022 and decreased by 59.5% compared to January 2022, reaching 12 .47 million USD, accounting for 24.9% of the total export turnover of this commodity group of the country.

Export of animal feed to Cambodia – the second largest market in January 2023 decreased by 6.2% compared to December 2022 and decreased by 7% compared to January 2022, reaching 10.57 million USD, accounting for 21.1% of the total turnover.

The Malaysian market ranked third in terms of turnover, reaching 7.09 million USD, down 16.5% compared to December 2022; but increased sharply by 40.8% compared to January 2022; accounting for 14.2% of the total turnover.

Export of animal feed to the FTA-RCEP market in January 2023 sharply decreased by 44.9% compared to December 2022 and decreased by 41.3% compared to January 2022, reaching 38.04 million USD, accounting for 76% of the total turnover. Exports to the CPTTP market decreased by 17.6% compared to December 2022 but increased by 20.9% compared to January 2022, reaching 9 million USD, accounting for 18% of the total turnover.
