At the conference, businesses raised many problems in the tax field, such as: Value Added Tax (VAT) refund; tax incentives; commission revenue for international transport; contractor tax declaration procedures; extension of corporate income tax payment… In which, Deputy General Director of General Department of Taxation Vu Xuan Bach answered 15 issues related to tax procedures and policies.

Regarding VAT refund, at the conference, many businesses also made recommendations to the management agency. A representative of Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company said that the company’s export revenue is higher than its domestic revenue, so every month, businesses must refund VAT. Enterprises receiving e-invoices shall make tax refund declarations; When performing tax refund, the invoice issuer amends or cancels the invoice but does not notify the buyer, so it is very difficult for businesses. From this fact, businesses recommend that there should be specific regulations on these cases, so that businesses can use tax refund invoices conveniently and in accordance with regulations.
