Participating in the training course, there were more than 60 trainees who are members and representatives of affiliated households of 5 cooperatives in Dinh Hoa district, including: Phu Dat agricultural cooperative and Phu Hoi agricultural service cooperative (Son Phu commune). , Binh Minh Tea Cooperative and Phu Thinh Tea Cooperative (Phu Dinh Commune), Dong Tien Cooperative (Boc Nhieu Commune).
The trainees learned the following contents: Techniques for planting, caring for and collecting standard tea products; processing and drying techniques of green tea in accordance with the standard process; approach to new forms of organic tea production, VietGAP. Students can also participate in the practice of making and drying tea; exchange experiences, analyze and point out shortcomings in the current tea production process to have reasonable solutions to improve productivity and quality of tea products..
Through the training course to contribute to improve the quality of tea products, meet the market demand and increase income for the members and associated households of the cooperatives… This is also one of the activities of the Union. Vietnam Cooperative Alliance aims to advise, support and develop cooperatives in Dinh Hoa district, contributing to bringing the district to new rural standards by 2023.
