1. The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City urgently reports to the City People’s Council to amend Resolution No. 10/2020/NQ-HDND stipulating a uniform fee for goods declared in Ho Chi Minh City and goods are declared in another locality, ensuring fairness, publicity, transparency, equality of rights and obligations in accordance with the Law on Fees and Charges (the fee level needs to create favorable conditions for businesses and the economy). recovery and development in the new situation); study and refer to the fee rates of localities with seaport border gates (Hai Phong), adjust the toll rates for goods in transit, goods temporarily imported for re-export, goods stored in bonded warehouses, and goods transported from border to border to ensure the equivalent agreement, appropriate, feasible, create consensus when implementing; study on the collection of fees for goods transported domestically at the proposal of National Assembly Deputy Le Thanh Van.
– For the proposal on the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Royal Government of Cambodia on waterway transport: Request the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to continue to coordinate with the Ministry of Transport review Resolution No. 10/2020/NQ-HDND and follow the direction of competent authorities.
– For the proposal on the scope of the seaport border gate area: Request the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to coordinate with the Ministry of Transport according to its competence to clarify the scope of the seaport border gate area, list the scope of the seaport border gate area. seaport border-gate areas according to regulations and report to the National Assembly deputies according to regulations.
