According to the preliminary data report of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, pepper exports in March 2021 reached 31,413 tons, an increase of 17,985 tons, an increase of 133.94% compared to the previous month and a decrease of 8,455 tons, or a decrease of 21. ,21% over the same period last year.

The value of export turnover in the month reached US$92.70 million, up US$53.77 million, ie an increase of 138.15% over the previous month and an increase of US$10.24 million, ie an increase of 12.42 percent over the same period last year. last year.

The cumulative export volume of pepper in the first 3 months of 2021 reached a total of 61,621 tons of pepper of all kinds, down 18,864 tons, or 23.44% lower than the export volume in the first 3 months of 2020.

In terms of export turnover in the first 3 months of 2021, a total of 180.02 million USD, up 3.95 million USD, or 2.24% over the same period.

The average export price of pepper in March 2021 reached $2,951/ton, up 1.79% compared to the average export price of February 2021.
