Cu Kuin district currently has about 4,700 hectares of pepper lakes in the business phase, the average yield is over 3.2 tons/ha, the average annual yield is over 15,000 tons. According to Mr. Nguyen Canh Danh, Deputy Head of Agriculture and Rural Division of Cu Kuin District, Dak Lak Province, in recent years, the high price of pepper has helped people feel secure to re-invest in production. At the same time, it is recommended that people should focus on forming cooperatives in the production process, engaging people to produce goods to ensure market demand,” Mr. Danh said.
